Cats and dogs will be accepted in pet friendly locations with an additional required deposit and additional one-time, non-refundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent, per animal (maximum of two pets per apartment). Because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accept the following breeds, dogs resembling these breed, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Husky, Pitt Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid. Our pet policy and fees do not apply to assist animals. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds will be accepted if registered and approved by the management. Violations of this policy will result in fines as outlined in the lease contract.

    Staff is Amazing

    I can’t say enough how amazed I am at the staff at the Lakes of Valparaiso. I recently submitted a work order on Sunday and they were quick to complete it the very next day. I was traveling on Monday for the entire week and the work order was for was a leak in my window of the master bedroom. Not only did they repair the leak but Terry the maintenance man also cleaned up the entire area as well as replaced the blinds with new ones. I have never experienced that in all the apartments I’ve lived in. Normally you come home to clean up after them and that is what I expected but not what I found. A huge kudos goes out to Terry and for going the extra mile and making my weekend start off as a great one. I also loved coming home to find a note on my table with the work that was completed and also another note that said turnover and Read. On the back of it he went into detail on what he did so I would be fully aware. The entire staff has always been awesome and that makes living here feel like home. Great job everyone but this time the main kudos go to Terry.

    Amazing complex and staff

    The complex is extremely well maintained. The people who work there no matter their role is always willing to help and fix any issue may arise (very unlikely). Efficient. Friendly. Stunning

    Great Community

    Friendly community with staff that is always willing to help. Amenities are especially nice and clean. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen are a great. Would recommend to anyone.

    I love the community

    I love the community and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is friendly and always looking for way to help. I like how activities are planned so that we can get out and meet our neighbors which is often hard to do an apartment complex.
