• We are a pet friendly community that allows a maximum of 2 animals per unit. Fees for pets include a $200 non-refundable pet fee, a $300 pet deposit, and a $50 monthly charge per pet. 
•  We have breed restrictions that include Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepard, Husky, Pitbull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids, and/or any mixes of these breeds.
• These restrictions/fees do not apply for approved assistance or service animals.

Yes. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons and caged birds are allowed with registration and management approval.

• We have free parking in unassigned parking spaces throughout the community. We also have Detached Garage options for $120 per month and Swing Garage options for $150 per month. 

• We have a monthly utility fee that covers water, sewer, and trash of $40, $60, or $70 depending on the unit chosen and we have a $30 required cable fee. All other utilities, including renters’ insurance and NIPSCO services for gas and electricity are paid separately to those individual providers. 

• Qualification requirements include making 3x the base rent in income monthly of the unit you choose to apply for. If you are ready to apply, you can click "Floorplans" to check out pricing and availability. Once you have a floorplan in mind, you will click "availability" and then "apply".
• Application Fees include a $150 administrative fee, a $40 application fee per adult living in the unit, and a $300 hold deposit that will go towards your total security deposit at move-in.

• We do have an option for breaking your contract early that would come with a required fee of 2x your monthly rent with a 60-day notice or a fee of $2500 with a 30-day notice. You can also choose to keep your lease end date, as signed, and choose not to renew with a required 60-day notice at no extra charge.  

• We have mailboxes in the community for all units to access 24/7. Packages will arrive to either the vestibule of your building, your unit door for private entrances, or the clubhouse depending on the service performing the delivery.
