Staff is Amazing

I can’t say enough how amazed I am at the staff at the Lakes of Valparaiso. I recently submitted a work order on Sunday and ... they were quick to complete it the very next day. I was traveling on Monday for the entire week and the work order was for was a leak in my window of the master bedroom. Not only did they repair the leak but Terry the maintenance man also cleaned up the entire area as well as replaced the blinds with new ones. I have never experienced that in all the apartments I’ve lived in. Normally you come home to clean up after them and that is what I expected but not what I found. A huge kudos goes out to Terry and for going the extra mile and making my weekend start off as a great one. I also loved coming home to find a note on my table with the work that was completed and also another note that said turnover and Read. On the back of it he went into detail on what he did so I would be fully aware. The entire staff has always been awesome and that makes living here feel like home. Great Community
